WHY CHOOSE RANGEFRONT AS YOUR MINING CONSULTANT?
While there are several options for mining consulting services, Rangefront offers some benefits that set us apart from the competition.
FULL-SERVICE SOLUTIONS
One of the reasons our clients love working with us on mining consulting projects is that we offer full-service solutions. If your project requires additional testing or modeling, staffing, reporting, or strategy, Rangefront has the tools and resources to take your updated strategy from conception to implementation.
LONG-TERM FOCUS
Because we are a full-service mining consulting firm, our focus is to build a long-term relationship with you. We are not looking to maximize a one-time consulting transaction above and beyond what you need. We are sincerely committed to finding the right solutions for your operation—no more, no less—to help your project achieve its highest potential.
HIGH-EXPERIENCE CONTRACT LABOR
In many cases, a mining strategy includes additional boots on the ground to implement the strategy, whether field crew, geotechnicians, or geological/technical specialists, and beyond. Rangefront offers a unique staffing program that gives us access to a pipeline of highly-qualified candidates looking for high-potential opportunities. This means when we are your mining consulting partner, you get access to a pipeline of high-quality candidates that can help maximize your mining operation.
When we staff contract labor or direct hire positions, we have a focus on long-term careers and relationships. Any staffing agency can figure out how to move low quality candidates in high volumes. Rangefront takes a different approach. We are committed to a “right fit” mentality not only because we want your project to succeed, but also because we develop long-term positive relationships with our candidates.
