Rangefront Mining Services provides staffing services to mining, exploration, and geological sites across the country. This means we have first-hand, and often exclusive access to geology job openings. However, the benefits to choosing a geology job through Rangefront go far beyond job opening access; Rangefront also offers great benefits, job growth opportunities, and a commitment to helping find the right fit for you.

3 REASONS TO CHOOSE A GEOLOGY JOB THROUGH RANGEFRONT

We know there are multiple geo temp agencies that offer job openings in the geological industry. However, individuals who work with Rangefront Mining Services love that we have a deep commitment not only to our clients, but also to our network of geologists and contractors.

“Really great, approachable management. Started off doing fieldwork for a season (claim staking, soil sampling) which was so fun. I got to see a lot of Nevada while hiking, and drove trucks and quads. When I came back after taking off the winter, they got me an interview with a large mine to do core logging which I got hired for. As a geologist they really want you to succeed in the mining industry.” – Previous Employee

1. WIDE RANGE OF BENEFITS

Our goal as a contract staffing service is to attract and retain an extensive network of high-quality candidates. One of the ways we do this is by offering comprehensive benefits for our employees. • Health Insurance
  • Dental Insurance
  • Vision Insurance
  • Life Insurance
  • 401k
  • Maternity and Paternity Leave
  • Bereavement Leave
  • Employee Assistance Plan
  • Vacation Cash

2. “RIGHT FIT” MENTALITY

At Rangefront Mining Services, we know that our employees and clients are happiest when we ensure our experts are matched with the geology jobs that are the right fit for them. That is why we work hard to ensure you feel comfortable in the position you were hired for. We don’t leave you hanging after your first day; we check in with you regularly to ensure you are satisfied with your position.

3. CAREER-ORIENTED MINDSET

Many geology jobs, especially in the mining or exploration industries, are contract positions, which can make it frustrating to find long-term employment. At Rangefront, we have a career-oriented mindset and work hard to help keep our employees as continually employed as possible. This means helping our employees find subsequent positions more quickly as well as helping to find full-time, long-term positions whenever possible.
