Rangefront offers staffing and recruiting services for the mining and geology industries. Whether you are looking for contract or seasonal labor or are looking for a direct hire, our recruiting experts can help.
We know you have a lot of options when it comes to mining recruiting services. Rangefront has been helping companies find great candidates for over a decade. We use a “High-Grade Recruiting Process” that stands apart from other recruiting companies, helping us to offer high-quality candidates with an exceptional success rate.
ABOUT OUR PROCESS
We call our staffing process our “High-Grade Recruiting Process” because our goal is to keep clients—and candidates—coming back to use us in the future. We are committed to finding top, hard-working, and loyal talent to fill your open positions. Here is how our process works.
RECRUITING
Our first step is to tap into our deep network of candidates. Instead of starting each job hunt from scratch, we first begin with a list of our high-potential candidates. These are individuals who have worked well with us in the past or who have significant experience, references, and skills.
As well as tapping our own network, we also use recruiting tools to help us pull in new candidates as well so we have a well-rounded pool to pull from.
QUALIFICATION
As well as typical screening processes such as drug tests, background checks, criminal and driver’s license checks, depending on your needs, we also do a thorough screening to ensure the candidates in our pool align with the skills you require for the position. Those candidates who rank the highest during the qualification period will move on to a verbal interview.
INTERVIEW
We know that many recruiting services choose automated digital “interview” tools, but we choose to conduct interviews verbally. This helps us assess not only the individual’s skills, but also additional skills such as communication, work ethic, and attitude. If you’d like us to pass our top-rated candidates on to you for additional interviews, we are happy to do so!
HIRING
Depending on your preferences, we can either hire the top candidate and send them to your job site, or we can provide you with the top 2-3 candidates for you to select from. Our goal is to help you spend as little time as possible having to screen candidates, which is why we work hard to ensure the candidates or new hire we provide you are of the best quality possible.
OUTREACH PROGRAM
Rangefront conducts an outreach program after the placement of any of our employees. We will connect with direct managers or the candidate to ensure the position is the right fit. In the rare circumstance that there are any issues, we will work directly with you to help resolve these issues. If they cannot be resolved, we will replace the candidate in a fast and efficient manner with another top-quality applicant.
CAREER-ORIENTED
One of the primary differentiators between Rangefront and other mining recruiting services is that we maintain a career-oriented outlook for our hires. Our primary driver is to build our network of high-quality, hard-working, and loyal job applicants that we can draw from to fill job positions for our clients.
This benefits our clients because it means we’ve already worked with many of the hires we recommend—and that we have very high standards for those new hires who enter our network. For job hunters, it’s also a positive experience since it means if they are qualified, reliable, and hardworking, we will do our best to keep them hired by finding new contract positions for them after another ends.
