Our hiring process for geological jobs helps to ensure our clients are getting great candidates while making sure you are hired for a job that fits your needs, skills, and career goals

    1. Qualification. When a new geology or geological mining industry job opening becomes available, we first review our current and new candidates to find those who have the right skills and experience for the position. You can apply directly to these jobs through our online job portal or you may submit an application online to be notified when a job opening becomes available that fits your skills and qualifications.
    2. Interview. We want to make sure that you’re the right fit for the job opening–and that the job is the right fit for you! That’s why we will take the time to talk with you to discuss your skills, needs, and goals to ensure you’re the right fit for the position.
    3. Hire. Depending on our agreement with the client, we either provide them directly with a hire or provide them with a short list of the best-qualified applicants so they may conduct their own screening if desired.
    4. Follow Up. We don’t want to leave you hanging. We will reach out after you’ve been placed in a job to ensure things are going well and that you’re comfortable with your new position. If there are issues with the position or if you’re unsure the position is the right fit, we will work with you to resolve the issues or to place you in a different position if needed.
